Robert G. Condie

Education. Robert G. Condie earned Bachelor of Science, Master of Accountancy and Juris Doctorate degrees from Brigham Young University in 1977, 1978 and 1979, respectively.

Professional Experience. Mr. Condie has been in practice in Washington since 1980. His professional career has included service as a stockbroker, certified public accountant with one of the former "Big Eight" accounting firms, and a partner in a major Seattle law firm. Mr. Condie has taught tax, accounting and business classes for Brigham Young University, Utah Valley Technical College and Golden Gate University and has lectured extensively in those areas for the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Seattle CPA-Attorney Tax Clinic, Person-Wolinskly CPA Review Course and local and regional CPA firms.

Publications. Mr. Condie has authored or co-authored several articles for professional publications.

Professional Memberships. Mr. Condie is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

Personal. Mr. Condie is married, has five children, and resides in Kirkland, Washington.

Jared E. Adams

Education. Jared is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Cum Laude; a Juris Doctor, with Honors in Law, Order of the Coif; and a Master of Laws in Taxation.

Adjunct Law Professor. In addition to his law practice, Jared is an adjunct professor in the LL.M. Graduate Program in Taxation at the University of Washington School of Law, where he teaches courses in Estate Planning and Federal Income Taxation of Trusts, Estates and Beneficiaries. In 2005, Jared was recognized by the tax students with the Meade Emory Excellence in Teaching Award.

Presentations. Jared regularly speaks at public seminars and workshops. He has also been a Continuing Legal Education instructor for the Washington State Bar Association and a guest speaker for various professional organizations.

Professional Memberships. Jared is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the WSBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. He is also a member of the LDS Philanthropies National Planned Giving Council. LDS Philanthropies supports the Worldwide Humanitarian Services of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Personal. Jared is married, has five children, and resides with his family in Snohomish, Washington.
