Carmen Mand
Education. Carmen is a graduate of Colorado State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications, Cum Laude, and swam for their division one women’s team. She then earned a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
Professional Memberships. Carmen is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the WSBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Section.
Experience. Prior to attending law school, Carmen worked as a clerk in the business department of a firm in Vancouver, WA. While attending UW, she worked for the Low-Income Tax Clinic and the Washington State Department of Revenue.
Personal. Carmen lives in Issaquah. She enjoys sewing, reading, visiting French bakeries, and hunting for cool rocks.
