Sarah C. Smith

Education. Sarah is a proud graduate of two of our local universities. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington before obtaining her law degree at Seattle University. Soon thereafter, Sarah returned to the University of Washington where she earned her Masters of Law in Taxation.

 

Practice Areas. Sarah focuses her practice on estate planning, as well as estate and trust administration, and handles a wide range of financial and tax issues. Her clients range from young families to successful entrepreneurs. Sarah had a decade of experience in accounting before practicing law. She appreciates that the heart of her work is helping clients to protect themselves and their families and strives to keep the process efficient and understandable.

 

Presentations. Sarah has presented for a national CLE group, as well as presenting estate planning informational sessions for groups and local charitable organizations. Sarah is always looking for a new opportunity to serve as a guest speaker, and to assist people with their estate planning questions. Sarah wants to make the information easily accessible and understandable to everyone.

 

Professional Memberships. Sarah is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, including the WSBA’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. She is also a proud graduate of two of our local universities. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington before obtaining her law degree at Seattle University. Soon thereafter, Sarah returned to the University of Washington where she earned her Masters of Law in Taxation.

 

Personal. Sarah lives in Edmonds. She enjoys the abundant hiking available in the Puget Sound area, doting on her niece and nephews, and singing with the Seattle Women’s Chorus. She can be caught practicing music in her car or at the grocery store on a regular basis.
