Karina Jiang

Education. Karina earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington, where she graduated at the top of her class and received the Meade Emory Endowed Prize for extraordinary merit. She received CALI Awards for both Estate & Gift Taxation and Income Taxation of Trusts & Estates at the University of Washington. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Fudan University and a Master of Laws from the University of British Columbia.

Professional Experience. Karina focuses her practice on estate planning and advises clients on a broad range of financial and tax issues. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Karina brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to helping individuals and families navigate wills, trusts, tax-efficient planning, and other complex estate matters. Her prior experience includes work at a leading Chinese law firm in Shanghai as well as an artworks financing company in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Professional Memberships. Karina is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the WSBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. She also holds a People’s Republic of China Legal Profession Qualification Certificate and a Certificate of Qualification to practice law in Canada.

Personal. Karina is married, has two children, and lives in Bothell. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, volunteering in her community and exploring different cultures and languages. She also speaks conversational French and German and has a particular love for Classical Chinese poetry.
